Hi, I'm Coach Karlee!

One of my favorite quotes is a Mark Twain classic: 

"The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why."


To say I'm passionate about movement, longevity and well being is an understatement.

It is my life mission to empower others to take ownership of their bodies and movement to live the highest quality of life. 


Growing up in a competitive and active family I had the privilege to participate in athletics from early in my youth, through college and long after. I am no stranger to the power of drive, discipline, and overcoming adversity. 

With high volume of training, but a lack of full understanding of movement patterns, I found myself battling a world of pain and re-occuring injuries. A frustrating cycle many of us face today. But the challenges we face in life are what influence our character.  

At Inner Athlete we embrace those challenges! 

Personally, I was done feeling broken. I had to make a change. I dove deep into the world of natural movement and in honoring simple foundations for locomotion was able to decompress and establish patterns of movement that strengthen, lengthen and support the healthiest, durable, athletic human bodies.


We can't build a strong structure on a faulty foundation. We will set that solid foundation through assessments, awareness and tools to help your body adapt to optimal patterns present in how we rest, wait, walk, run, and recess without pain, restriction or limitation. 

As in sport and in life, not every day is full of highs or victories. Not every day is easy and bright, but SHOW UP and together we can adapt and overcome anything!
